Our client has retained us to help them identify a Branch Manager in South Plainfield, New Jersey

The Branch Manager is responsible for monitoring, managing, and mentoring staff regarding all aspects of account management for the customers serviced by their assigned team. They will have full Profit and Loss Statement Responsibility for our clients emerging market and targeted super growth location.    

 

Essential Functions:

• Lead a Team of Route Sales Reps and Support Staff that provide World Class Service to their weekly customer base
• Full Profit and Loss Statement Responsibility for this multi million dollar market center.
• Support company growth objectives and maximize existing account revenue through the introduction of new products.
• Support outside Sales efforts to ensure new accounts are integrated smoothly into service operation.
• Optimize Existing Routes and ensure scheduling is efficient
• Proactively visit customers and establish strong business relationships to secure life long, loyal customers.
• Full Work Force Development Responsibility
