PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TO INCLUDE IMPLEMENTING CUSTOMER SERVICE METRICS AND CULTURE, TO INCLUDE REPAIR LOGS, REPAIR ACCURACY
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER RETENTION THROUGH PROACTIVE GOODWILL
CONCEPTUALIZE, PLAN AND CONDUCT SERVICE MEETINGS
THE DAY IN THE LIFE FOCUS
INSPECT CUSTOMER SITES TO ENSURE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED PER CLIENT SOP AND PER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CUSTOM
MAINTAIN REPAIR PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

COLLEGE DEGREE
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN ELEVATOR INDUSTRY
3 YEARS MINIMUM IN THE ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR INDUSTRY
2 YEARS REPAIR EXPERIENCE IN THE ELEVATOR/ESCALATOR INDUSTRY
COMPUTER SAVY AND ABLE TO CREATE SPREADSHEETS
TRAVEL- LOCAL WITH OCASSIONAL OVERNIGHT
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND RETENTION SKILLS
