Successful candidate must  . . .

           Must have five or more years multi-craft electrical, in combination with mechanical, experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

Must possess ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

Must have ability to obtain a Black Seal License

We have been retained to help our client's new product development group identify Hardware Engineers that will design and develop embedded systems, with high concentration on low noise, high speed data acquisition systems.   

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities 

  • Design and development of embedded systems, with high concentration on low noise, high speed data acquisition systems
  • Coordinate Alpha and Beta builds, and lead the Design Proving activities to verify the design complies with all its requirements
  • Design, debug, and document designs, HW verification tests, and test results
  • Hold/attend design reviews
  • Work closely with software developers during the concept stages of development to architect systems and throughout system development
  • Must work well with internal customers such as Marketing and other engineering functions within the business
  • Support UL/FCC/EMC compliance activities
  • Support transition into production by interfacing with Test Engineering group, training technicians on the manufacturing floor, and tech support personnel
  • Occasional travel to the final assembly facility in Mexico will be required

Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer- West Chester, PA

Description

We have been retained to help our client's new product development group identify Embedded Software Engineers that will design and develop real-time embedded control and processing software that will integrate with our client's currency collector hardware.   

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in the design and development of embedded systems in C for 8, 16, and 32 bit microprocessors
  • Experience developing for real time or near real time processing/computing
  • Experience interfacing with low-level hardware functions 
  • Embedded micro-controller development highly desirable
  • Experience with TI DSP, link state routing [mesh] protocols and embedded Linux is considered a plus

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the embedded C code design and development for new products and in support of existing designs
  • Develop flexible and powerful APIs to support higher level  software system integration
  • Perform analysis, modeling, and testing of production code
  • Coordinate with hardware engineers on hardware design activities as they relate to firmware development
  • Participate  in Hardware/Software integration activities, including the development of test code/scripts to aid in hardware debugging activities
  • Participate in and comply with Client's software development processes including peer reviews and software releases

Our client has completed challenging projects in remote regions of Afghanistan, Africa, Alaska, the Caribbean, Iraq, the Middle East, Kazakhstan, and Russia, as well as providing services to bases in the United States. 

We are looking for highly skilled fire fighters that will be billeted on contingency bases or throughout bases in CONUS.

 

Primary Duties

Performs as firefighter to protect life and property in response to all types of fires and other emergencies including burning structures, airfield crash, brush and rangeland fires, and hazardous material such as fuel, ammunition, and poisonous chemicals

Performs fire prevention inspections and pre-fire planning risk assessment.

Operates a variety of firefighting equipment, including structural and brush firefighting vehicles

Operates specialized fire alarm computers

Fire inspection duties include independently scheduling and conducting fire safety inspections of assigned medical center buildings to include fire protection and suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire department equipment.

Must Have the Following Certifications

Firefighter I and II

Airport Firefighter

Hazardous Material Awareness

Hazardous Material Operations

Telecommunicator I and II and First Responder/CPR

Hazardous Material Technician

Emergency Medical Technician preferable

Must Have

Ability to work outside of the United States on remote forward operating bases

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Summary for Service Manager in Beltsville, MD 

We have been retained to identify Service Managers that are responsible for monitoring, managing, and mentoring staff regarding all aspects of account management for the customers serviced by their assigned team. The Service Manager is responsible for motivating team performance, maintaining good customer relationships, and increasing revenue and account profitability.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Lead a Team of Route Sales Reps and Support Staff that provide World Class Service to their weekly customer base  
  • Continually improve customer service, increase customer loyalty and minimize lost business.
  • Support company growth objectives and maximize existing account revenue through the introduction of new products.
  • Optimize Existing Routes and ensure scheduling is efficient and provides the greatest opportunity for Route Service Reps to provide exceptional service to their customer base. .
  • Proactively visit customers and establish strong business relationships in accordance with customer visitation program.   
  • Execute performance metrics and lead the team of Route Service Professionals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4-8 Route Service Representatives (RSR) an Assistant Service Manager (ASM) and a Route Training Coordinator (RTC).
  • Monitor work performance for compliance with company and department policies, including but not limited to attendance/punctuality, customer service, poor work performance, etc.
  • Responsible for work force development of personnel; from on-boarding, coaching, training and implementing succession planning for promotion of team members.
