Description

Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of currency collectors and other unattended transaction systems.  Their brand has world wide recognition in vending, soft drink, gaming, amusement, transportation, telecommunications, retail, and kiosk markets.  Today, their electronic payment systems are relied upon for more than 2 billion transactions per week in 100 countries. 

We have been retained to help our client's new product development group identify 10 Mechanical Design Engineers that will create concept models, prepare designs for production, qualify parts with vendors, product sustainability activity and identifying external design resources.

Your Qualifications

·         Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

·         2-5 years of Mechanical Engineering related professional experience

·         3 years of SolidWorks or Pro/ENGINEERT 

·         Experience in Plastic Injection Molding and Sheet Metal within a high volume, multi cavity product environment

·         Geometric Tolerance and Dimensioning per ANSI 14.5m-1982

·         Strong mechanical experience with bearings, gears and linkage

The Field Marketing Manager will activate, execute and / or develop annual local demand and lead generation programs that extend and complement our client's North American Marketing initiatives. This marketer will drive visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging; promote new product launches; and adapt, activate and execute corporate programs to local market needs.

Must Have

*  BA degree is required. 

*  Successful candidate will have 7-10 years business-to-business services / technology solutions marketing experience with demonstrated achievement in leading field, area / geographic marketing programs within a large corporate environment that has a direct sales force. 

*  Strong command of, and ability to integrate, a broad set of marketing disciplines including but not limited to:  brand, market assessment, database marketing, relationship marketing, web marketing, e-mail lead and demand generation marketing, public relations, collateral and sales tools.

*  Previous sales experience and / or the ability to influence regional sales teams and its leadership, managing lead and pipeline programs and providing best practices coaching within a matrixed organization is highly desirable.

*  The successful candidate will have a strong achievement orientation, solid planning and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated results in a matrixed organization. 

*  Must have working knowledge of personal computing, ideally web publishing software.  Previous experience in running marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Eloqua tools is desirable.

*  Self awareness and an ability to coach others. 

*  Prior experience with C Suite, Functional Field Teams and External Vendors
