Account Executives proactively Develops and maintains relationships with current client.

Responsibilities -

Increase customer satisfaction and champion the customer experience

Develop and maintain business relationships with customers through periodic personal follow up, proactive customer service, prompt attention and resolution to concerns or issues and timely contract updates.

Administer and preserve all price initiatives to customers. Increase revenue potential through selling additional services to current customers.

 Retain existing accounts through personal contact, proactive customer surveys and contract updates.

Be the voice of the customer and handle all customer concerns with priority and personal follow up.

Resolve customer issues or problems and answer customer questions.

Coordinate customer activities with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions for customers.
 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following Qualifications:

1 to 2 years minimum sales experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office user skills including Excel and Word.

They have asked our help to identify a Division Sales Manager in their New Orleans, Louisiana Market.  This Six Figure Position will require a strong Leader with a track record of B2B Sales Leadership within CPG, or Business Services. 

 

 

 

Position Summary

 

Support division financial goals; achieve sales and account management department goals and objectives; and manage sales and customer retention staff to optimize department performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

·         Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing  plans.

·         Responsible for achieving sales goals for division.

·         Develop and oversee sales and account management department relating to hiring, training, coaching, goal attainment and discipline.

·         Responsible for Inside Sales Representatives, New Business Growth Representatives and Customer Retention Executives within two Market Centers in the Division

·         Utilize both system (ASR) and other tracking tools necessary to measure individual and division sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Senior Manufacturing Manager- King Of Prussia-

Our Client has been serving the defense, satellite, telecommunication, test and measurement markets for more than forty years.    They have been a leading provider of transmission line solutions for RF and Microwave Applications.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager that will develop and maintain processes for manufacturing precision machined parts.

Title:                  Senior Manufacturing Manager

Location:          King of Prussia, Pa

Comp:               $100,000+ Base

Relocation:       Yes

Other:                US Citizen

A.     REQUIREMENTS:

1.       Minimum of seven (7) years experience developing CNC Swiss screw machine processes, including programming, tool design, inspection plans and cost estimates.

2.       Be comfortable working in a production environment and working (hands-on) with machinists to troubleshoot and test new methods.

3.       Proficient in the interpretation of blueprints, including geometric tolerances..

4.       Possess a firm understanding of multi-axis machining, CNC controllers and material limitations.

5.       Possess a firm understanding of statistics, statistical tools and techniques.

6.       Be proficient in the use of personal computers (PC's) , CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.

7.       Communicate professionally in the English language.

                B.            WANTS:

1.         Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

2.         Experience with PartmakerT CAM software
