Radar Engineer- South Jersey

Requirements:

. BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical field is strongly preferred, plus 8 or more years experience.
. Hands-on radar hardware and radar systems experience.
. Filtering and power systems is desired.
. Antenna design, receiver design, adaptive beam forming, requirements analyses and flow down, performance estimation and integration and test.
. Requires full competency in core RF antenna skills.
. Active and passive component experience is helpful.
. Hardware experience.
. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Scope of Work:

Interface with customers and perform the following tasks:
. Understand customer's antenna subsystem requirements
. Create system interface specifications
. Understand and analyze performance simulations on different designs
. Be responsible for design, integration and testing of hardware
. Perform top level architecture trades

The candidate will be working the following hardware tasks:
. Receiver specifications
. T/R module specification
. Time delay investigations
. Power system specification
. Control system designs
. Radiator technologies

Other responsibilities include
:
. Mentoring and guidance of junior-level engineers and technicians in the design, build, and test phases.
. Apply extensive technical expertise in RF engineering
. Assignments may be very diverse or technically difficult.
. Guide the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
. Work without appreciable direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining the technical objectives of an assignment.
. Will develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
. Will represent the organization as the prime technical contact on projects.

Federal Contract Administrator

Our Industry leading client is looking for a Federal Contract Administrator in their El Paso, Texas operation. For over 25 years, our client has provided turnkey Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (CFMS) to federal, state and local governments, as well as military, commercial, industrial and health care clients.           

 

Basic Function:

The Federal Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing critical, contractual formation and management of these agreements as well as obligations of high risk and visibility; this position requires a high degree of independence and creative judgment applied to highest-level goals and objectives of our client.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer & Interface Focus:

·         Primary Customer interface for marketing, sales and on-going relationships are with the Principals and Sales people depending on the projects. Interface is primarily with those individuals involved with the actual contract negotiation. These relate to projects within  the dealership territory as well as all projects outside the region where contract administration and management skills are required

·         Customer and Supplier/Sub Contractor negotiator and administrator

·         Intermarket dealership contract administrator

·         Public agency Contract Manager or Administrator

·         Federal contract officers

·         Program managers as this relates to Contract Management

·         Project managers as this relates to Contract Management

 

Customer/Account Servicing:

.   Provides single point of contact for customer contract manager/accounting/order administrators for Contractual communications-

.   Provides professional customer interface and client relations throughout the negotiation

 

 Responsibilities

·         Establishes highest-level contract strategy and drives implementation of strategic contract opportunities

·         Provides contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution and administration (including invoice creation through collection in order to affect positive cash flow for all stakeholders). 

·         Participates in development of business alliance and partnering regarding Contract Administration

·         Participates in the source selection

·         Participates in preparation and implementation of  policy, procedures and process 

·         May act as senior program manager

·         On smaller projects may have some project management responsibilities

·         When required, performs in a cross-functional business team. 

·         May mentor less experienced contract professionals. 

·         Provide formal training in contract domain expertise. 

·         Champions contract policy and procedure revision and improvement. 

·         Lead negotiation responsibilities.

Maintenance Mechanic

               

 

Our client is a global leader in the production of rolled aluminum and alloys for the aerospace, commercial, building and construction and military industries.

 

 Job Classification:     Maintenance Electrician/Mechanic  (Night shift:  6pm - 6am)

Department:             Maintenance

Pay Rate:                 Minimum rate $22.1262 per hour.  Top rate $24.8053. 

 

 


Job Purpose:         Provides electrical/mechanical support to plant operations.

 


Position Requirements   Successful candidate must  . . .

·        Must have five or more years multi-craft electrical, in combination with mechanical, experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
  • Must possess ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Must possess strong trouble shooting skills
  • Must possess or obtain after hiring a Black Seal License
  • Knowledge of PLCs a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to weld a plus
  • Required to work any shift, hours, overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled

 

Essential Job Functions    The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to .

1.      Participates in the fabrication, installation, modification, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of a variety of electrical and mechanical devices, systems, and facilities of varying design or complexity.

4.      Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime.
