PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TO INCLUDE IMPLEMENTING CUSTOMER SERVICE METRICS AND CULTURE, TO INCLUDE REPAIR LOGS, REPAIR AND INSTALLATION ACCURACY
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER RETENTION THROUGH PROACTIVE GOODWILL
CONCEPTUALIZE, PLAN AND CONDUCT SERVICE MEETINGS
THE DAY IN THE LIFE FOCUS
