OUR CLIENT IS GROWING AT 400% AND IS LOOKING TO TRIPLE IN THE NEXT SIX YEARS.  THIS $25 MILLION DOLLAR CLIENT IS WIDELY KNOWN IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND IS RAPIDLY EXPANDING THEIR WORKFORCE.

MISSION

Responsible for Markets Service Business, to include Work Force Development of all INSTALLATION AND REPAIR ACTIVITY

FOCUS

LEAD SERVICE TEAM 

ROUTE OPTIMIZATION AND SCHEDULING OF SERVICE PERSONNEL

INVENTORY CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT OF MATERIAL COST

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TO INCLUDE IMPLEMENTING CUSTOMER SERVICE METRICS AND CULTURE, TO INCLUDE REPAIR LOGS, REPAIR AND INSTALLATION ACCURACY

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER RETENTION THROUGH PROACTIVE GOODWILL

CONCEPTUALIZE, PLAN AND CONDUCT SERVICE MEETINGS


THE DAY IN THE LIFE FOCUS


INSPECT CUSTOMER SITES TO ENSURE REPAIRS AND INSTALLATIONS ARE COMPLETED PER CLIENT SOP AND PER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CUSTOMER

MANAGE AN 80 ROUTE LOCAL ROUTE BASED FLEET- TO INCLUDE SCHEDULING AND ENSURING ROUTE OPTIMIZATION  

PARTICPATE IN THE HIRING PROCESS
 

MUST HAVE

COLLEGE DEGREE

MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN HVAC, PLUMBING, CONTROLS, ELEVATOR, SMALL PACKAGE

3 YEARS MINIMUM IN LOCAL ROUTE BASED FLEET, SERVICE INDUSTRY

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE

COMPUTER SAVY AND ABLE TO CREATE SPREADSHEETS

TRAVEL- LOCAL WITH OCASSIONAL OVERNIGHT

STRONG COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS

STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND RETENTION SKILLS
