We have been engaged by a Multi Million Dollar, Global Leader that has served the United States and international government agencies by executing the toughest of projects worldwide.  They have asked us to locate Firefighters, Airport Firefighters, and Fire Chiefs for contingency contracts throughout the world. 

Our client has completed challenging projects in remote regions of Afghanistan, Africa, Alaska, the Caribbean, Iraq, the Middle East, Kazakhstan, and Russia, as well as providing services to bases in the United States. 

We are looking for highly skilled fire fighters that will be billeted on contingency bases or throughout bases in CONUS.

 

Primary Duties

Performs as firefighter to protect life and property in response to all types of fires and other emergencies including burning structures, airfield crash, brush and rangeland fires, and hazardous material such as fuel, ammunition, and poisonous chemicals

Performs fire prevention inspections and pre-fire planning risk assessment.

Operates a variety of firefighting equipment, including structural and brush firefighting vehicles

Operates specialized fire alarm computers

Fire inspection duties include independently scheduling and conducting fire safety inspections of assigned medical center buildings to include fire protection and suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire department equipment.

Must Have the Following Certifications

Firefighter I and II

Airport Firefighter

Hazardous Material Awareness

Hazardous Material Operations

Telecommunicator I and II and First Responder/CPR

Hazardous Material Technician

Emergency Medical Technician preferable

Must Have

Ability to work outside of the United States on remote forward operating bases

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

2-5 Years of DOD experience
