Account Executive- Long Island New York

Our Client, is the global leader in commercial scent marketing with annual sales growth exceeding 70%, is rapidly expanding their sales organization.  We are searching for motivated sales professionals (Hunters) interested in selling a unique and innovative marketing tool that provides high income potential and a rewarding career path. 

This is a home office based Outside Sales Opportunity with  base salary, uncapped commission structure with monthly bonus opportunities, company provided laptop and cell phone, car allowance, great benefits and an exciting and fast-paced work environment. 

We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional to join our client's team as an Account Executive in 2 Markets:

Long Island New York

Hartford, Connecticut

  The right candidate will be a successful 1-2 call closer who thrives on working with executive decision-makers and is willing to play an integral part of a fast-growing sales team. Account Executives focus on new, business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and delivering a sales quota. Account Executives are responsible for:

  • Generating leads and sales of new business to business accounts
  • Fielding and closing incoming sales inquires
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Coordinating sales promotions and generally promoting ScentAir services in specified markets


Account Executives will earn:

  • Base salary plus an attractive uncapped commission plan ($100,000+ compensation has been achieved in the first year)
  • Car allowance and a company provided laptop and cell phone

 Requirements

We are currently accepting resumes from candidates with:
 

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside business to business sales experience and prefer extensive knowledge of the retail/hospitality/advertising industry
  • Heavy prospecting experience
  • Strengths in closing new business
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook and CRM software)
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Drive and ambition to succeed with a fun and exciting product
  • Thrives in metric driven organization
  • Student of the Sales Process
