One of Eastern Pennsylvania's leading manufacturers is seeking an Operations Manager to run the internal business functions of their 50,000 SF facility. 

Our Client's exceptional On-Site - Imaging, Printing and Manufacturing capabilities has lead them to grow in double digits over the last 10 years, with a current Three Year Plan to grow 60%.

In their State of the Art manufacturing facility, they have dominated the framing and Customized Fixture Industry, serving Big Box Retail Chains to small boutiques for nearly Twenty Five years.   

We are looking for a talented leader that is process oriented, has a service industry Leadership Background, with strong Safety, Human Resource and just in time processing experience.   You will report directly to the CEO and will have the Production Manager, Design Team, Accounting, HR reporting directly to you.

Title:   Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities  


* Leverage our ERP system to drive standardization in the quoting process, pricing analysis and productivity
* Work with Project Management, Purchasing and Production teams to determine best methods and materials for manufacturing
* Increase productions ability to perform time studies, learn new manufacturing methods and processes to reduce costs and improve quality
* Prepare and manage internal metrics to improve efficiencies throughout the operation
* Full Human Resource responsibility to include safety, workers compensation, staffing, hiring, performance reviews and training.

Looking FOR:

* Related Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent experience


* Strong process improvement experience within a just in time operation.


*
Proven time management skills and work ethic with strong sense of urgency to complete tasks

* Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to express professional verbal and written communications

* Computer literacy with knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Suite and Lotus programs

* Ability to work closely with sales reps

* Strong multi tasking skills- the entire operation will "pivot" around your leadership and direction.
