We are seeking a Sales Manager Leader that will lead a team of seasoned professionals and build a team for the future.

Responsibilities

·               Work Force Development of a team of Outside Sales Representatives

           Hiring, Coaching, Training, Performance Management

·               Account Management

          Building Life Long Customer Relationships

          Sourcing New Revenue Opportunities with existing Customers

          Price and Contract Management

·               Corporate Culture Assimilation

          Become a Student and Executor of Company Policies and Procedures

          Attend Process Improvement Training and Leadership Development training

·                Business Acumen

          Develop Business Plans to drive 50% growth

          P & L ownership

    
MUST HAVE

  • Five- Ten Years of Sales Management Experience within Diversified Outsourcing. (Copy Machine, Payroll, Business Supplies, Document Management, Small Package, Advertising)
  • Willingness to travel 15%- you will have multi business locations and build them to full capacity
  • Formal Sales Training background
  • Ability to build your own team
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
