We are seeking a Fast Track Operations Leader that will be mentored and developed into the role of General Manager.  This Leadership Development Program will include exposure and training in all facets of a Field Operations Business.  We are looking for Customer Focused Leaders with Account Management experience that see a market that is recession proof and want to jump in on the ground floor! 

Initial Assignment Responsibilities

·               Work Force Development of a Route Sales Team

§         Hiring, Coaching, Training, Performance Management

·               Account Management

§         Building Life Long Customer Relationships

§         Proactive Goodwill

§         Voice of Customer

§         Managing Shrinkage

§          Sourcing New Revenue Opportunities

§          Price and Contract Management

·               Corporate Culture Assimilation

§         Become a Student and Executor of Company Policies and Procedures

§        Attend Process Improvement Training and Leadership Development training

·               Operations Management

§         Route Optimization and logistical Planning

§          Champion of DOT Compliance

§          Champion of Work Place Safety

§          Scheduling and Training



MUST HAVE

  • Willingness to travel 5%, including overnight stays
  • 3-5 years management and/or sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 2-3 Years of Business Experience in an Account Development Role
  • Willing to relocate upon promotion within 24 months
