OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Somerville, New Jersey 

Our Client is a $3.9 Billion Dollar Powerhouse that continues to "Steam Roll" through this economic recession.    Our Client's Emerging Business Segment is in the process of doubling their national sales force, and will double this business segment in 4 years. 

This Emerging Business provides: Document Management Services and Document Destruction. The Emerging Business Group provides solutions to Entrepreneurial Companies, Government Agencies, Non Profit and Fortune 50 Corporations.  

Plainly said, they are the Industry Leader in a $20 Billion plus Market that relies on our Client to keep them Compliant! 

We are seeking a Hunter that will quickly cultivate an outside territory and lead the way through hard nosed prospecting, new business development and closing business.  We are looking for B2B, business services Hunters with a passion to grow their careers.

Initial Assignment Responsibilities

New Business Development

§          Exemplify outstanding phone block skills

§          Hunter Mentality with high call attainment in outside prospecting

§          Quickly Develop Relationships

§          Cross Selling into existing client base that utilizes other services

         Corporate Culture Assimilation

§          Become a Student and Executor of Company Policies and Procedures

§          Attend Sales Process Training

MUST HAVE

§          Valid driver's license

§          Willingness to travel 5%, including overnight stays

§          2-5 years outside sales experience

§          Bachelor's Degree required
