Area Sales Manager

We are looking for A Multi Location Sales Manager in the Greater Nashville Market.  The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading Sales Managers and their teams of Outside Sales Reps, Inside Sales Reps Account Managers and will be responsible for total revenue.   Results will come from Forecasting, Price Increases, New Business Development, New Service Launches and Customer Retention.    

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or a closely related field or equivalent experience & knowledge.
  • Prior Sales Leadership Experience in a B2B, Contract Based Industry.  I.e. Textile Rental, Bottled Water, Solid Waste, Small Package, Food & Beverage, Car Rental, Payroll, Pest Control, Document Shredding, Hygiene Services
  • Student of the Sales Process with Formal Solutions Based or Requirements Based Selling
  • Experience with Customer Retention
  • Performance Management and Succession Planning Experience for an outside sales team
  • Strong Financial Acumen with Projection, Forecasting, Business Plan and Profit and Loss Management
  • Strong Team Builder
  • Ability to Travel
