Production Supervisor

We are working with an International Manufacturing Leader of containerboard and corrugated packaging.  We are looking for a Production Supervisor in our Clients Phoenix Operation.   Title:  Production Supervisor Comp: $60k-$75k Base Scope of Responsibilities: Leadership of Hourly Workforce     * Hiring, Training, Coaching, and Performance Management Strong Process Improvement Background with ability to lead Lean Sigma Events Voice of Customer Strong Performance Management Experience      * Achieve efficiencies, increase productivity through metrics management and strong communication Product Specifications Reviews

Position Requirements:   Leadership Experience   Bachelors Degree   Ability and Desire to Work Fast Paced Operations

  This position has tremendous upside and will lead to Plant Superintendent Rotation
