We are looking for an Area Human Resource Director in the Greater Nashville Market. The Area Human Resource Director will be a strategic and tactical partner of the Group Vice President, General Managers, Sales Managers and Corporate Human Resource Executives.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree - Human Resource Degree Preferred
- Prior Human Resource Leadership Experience in a B2B, Contract Based Industry. Ie Textile Rental, Bottled Water, Solid Waste, Small Package, Food & Beverage, Car Rental, Payroll,
- Strong Employee Relations Experience
- Strong Recruiting, Staffing and Succession Planning
- Collective Bargaining Experience
- Audit and ensure Area compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, FLSA, FMLA,
- Ability to Travel 70% of the time throughout Region as well as to Corporate and Regional Offices. Majority of Travel is in the market
