Our Client

Almost one year ago, the Number Two and Number Three National Player in Solid Waste merged and created one of the largest Environmental Service Companies in the World.   This Mega Billion Dollar Powerhouse continues to grow their New England Market Share through Exceptional Sales and Operations Leadership, a highly energetic and customer centric workforce and Process's and Resources that dominate the industry.   They have asked our help to identify an Inside Sales Representative in their Revere, Massachusetts  Market.


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for one or a combination of the following: customer retention, inside sales, in-bound service changes, outbound customer relations calls, temporary roll off and perpetual price increases.

·         Acquires new revenue growth by handling (non-major account) inbound new business calls for permanent commercial and industrial customers with expected revenue of less than an established amount. Contacts the appropriate sales representative if the sales commitment cannot be made.

·         Effectively negotiates to retain (non-major account) in-bound calls related to lost business due to competitive reasons. Responds to both inbound calls and certified mail cancellation letters. Contacts the appropriate sales representative if the customer cannot be retained.

·         Responds to all increases and decreases in service, change of ownership and other miscellaneous service changes that affect revenue.

·         Performs outbound customer relationship calls to existing customers. Performs outbound customer calls to improve customer profitability through a perpetual pricing program, as required.

·         Effectively negotiates with all customers to retain the relationship and associated revenue during pricing initiatives.

·         Responds to inbound temporary roll off calls, which are not managed by a Construction Sales Representative.

·         Performs outbound collections calls, as required.

·         Assists with Customer Relations queue, as required.

·         Completes all required Customer Service Agreements (CSA), Prospect Management Tool (PMT) reports, and other miscellaneous reports and paperwork.

·         Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customers.

·         Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

·         Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and one year of experience in customer contact position.



Preferred Qualifications

·         Bachelor's or associates degree.

·         Sales experience.

·         Waste industry experience.
