We are looking for a Regional Resource Representative that will be based in the Baltimore Market. You will be responsible maintaining current customers and selling new customers. We are looking for a relationship builder that can increase customer satisfaction with Regional Vice Presidents, Location General Managers, Plant Managers and Chief Engineers. Your mission is to provide solutions and execute plans that improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete monthly Performance Management reports for customers in their coverage area.
- Develop a key sales prospect list, establish relationships and sell new customers.
- Promote and sell the full product line to all customers.
- Lead the work of planning and executing new installations and/or liquid product conversions in their sales territory.
- Operate within the assigned expense budget.
- Collection of past due accounts receivable.
- Maintain appropriate sales coverage in their territory.
- Eliminate rush orders of products through proper planning
- Provide training to your customers personnel on safe handling, proper preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment and process
We are looking for someone with previous Service Industry Experience, that has a mechanical aptitude, is computer literate and prefer to have had a background within the Textile Rental or other Similar Industries.
- Maintain all company provided equipment in proper working condition.
